About Us

The Cake Gallery has been in business here in picturesque Bristol, Rhode Island since 1991. We make quality, creative wedding cakes for many brides as well as specialty cakes for the general public in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

We look forward to meeting you and discussing your wedding or special occasion cake needs, as there are many more styles and flavors.

Paul is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design where he received a degree in baking and culinary arts in 1988.

Here at The Cake Gallery, we also offer a large variety of delicious gourmet cakes slices to go with one of our fresh cups of coffee.

Whole dessert cakes can also be purchased at any time. Let one of our delicious dessert cakes be the highlight of any occasion.

A large variety of fresh pastries are available a la carte and our jumbo cupcakes can be purchased a la carte or made to order to your specifications.

On major holidays we offer or Famous variety of cannoli and Italian cookies, they are delicious!
